Volunteers are the beating heart of the Hastings Arts Forum and we would simply not exist without their support and hard work.

To show our appreciation, the last weeks of the year are given over to our army of willing art foot soldiers who make the Arts Forum the hub of creativity we are so proud of. To see a gallery of the show click here.

The Volunteers’ Show in AF2 runs from December 15 till January 3, and gives our team a chance to show off their work.

More than 45 people currently give their time and skills for the good of the forum. They do everything from cleaning and curating, from admin and accounting to publicity and IT.

Exhibitions are hung and organised every two weeks, the website is designed and updated, the bulletin is written and sent out, the tea is made and the floors are cleaned – this is all done by our volunteers.
