1. Works in  painting, graphic arts, mixed media, photography and ceramics are admissible and should be handed into the Forum by 2 p.m. on the Wednesday preceding the show. ALL WORK MUST BE FOR SALE. Work must have screw eyes and preferably bronze wire.

2. All works are to be labelled with the title, price, name and address of the artist. Pictures should be framed, labelled on the back, and fitted with a second label to hang over the front for labelling the works after they are hung. The artist’s name should be written on the form as it will be on the label.

3. All frames should be fitted with screw eyes and bronze wire.

4.  Number of works acceptable – 1 piece per member.

5.   Commission. 25% on sales.

6.  Works of excessive size will be hung a t the discretion of the Forum

7.   Accepted works may not be removed during the exhibition.

8.   The Forum can not accept responsibility for loss or damage during transit.

9.  Submission forms must be filled out all artists must indicate when they can invigilate.

10.  Unsold work must be removed on the last Wednesday by 2 p.m. The Forum will not take responsibility for work not collected on time.
