Publicity material

Please send us photos of your work with a statement for inclusion in our what’s on listings and the weekly bulletin. You can email your material to us, post it or bring it to the gallery on a CD.

Important points to remember:

• Send us images and details such as your statement at least a month before your exhibition is due to start.

• We require 2 – 5 jpeg images 1000 pixels wide and 72 dpi resolution.

• If sending by email, try to keep the file sizes under 2 megabytes and spread out over several messages if necessary.

• If you are sending us a PDF or MS Word document, please don’t embed it into the body of the message, add it as an attachment.

• The same goes for images.

•  Word documents must be .doc type, documents with a .docx extension can’t be read by our system. If you are using  a recent version of MS Office you should export to an older format such as Word 2003.

• If bringing or sending us a CD please make sure it is a data CD that can be read by Mac or PC computers, Your CD burning software should have this setting available.
