Affordable art for everyone!
The Arts Forum launches its latest innovation with The Browser Exhibition which offers accessible work from some Hastings’ best-known local talent.
Twenty artists, including such names as Pip Carpenter and Annie Rae, will present unframed works ranging from prints to drawings and watercolours.
“We are very pleased to announce this show as we feel it is a real opportunity for people to buy good quality artwork at reasonable prices. It really is art for everybody”, said HAF chairman Harry Lyons.
“The idea is that you can buy and take away paintings and prints, keep them as they are or frame them if you decide to. It makes for a simpler, and more cost-effective way to own great art.”
The private view for The Browser Exhibition is on Friday, March 16, 6-8pm at the Arts Forum, Gallery 1. The exhibition runs until Tuesday, march 27, 2012.
