Call for Volunteers….
It is time for a renewal of energy and commitment to the running of Hastings Arts Forum.
We are looking for persons with administrative ability and time to commit.
Having succeeded in clearing all debts during the last 15 months we now need to consolidate our systems in order to prepare for fund raising and possible charitable status.
If you have previous experience in office administration, the Charity Commission (benefits/disadvantages), the Arts Council and fund applications AND have time, then please get in touch as soon as possible.
We have over 100 individual tasks ranging from housekeeping to maintaining the buyers’ list to data entry for artists’ sales. If you can re-cycle fur us on a Saturday morning or clean the windows at any time then your expertise will be gratefully received.
Please call in to discuss at the forum, ring us (201636) or email us info@hastingsartsforum.co.uk
