Josephine Dickinson
About me
Josephine Dickinson is a mixed media artist, writer and photographer from Hastings, she is currently on her last year at Hastings College of Arts and Technology studying Fine Art and has recently had her work on display in the Valentines Day exhibition at The Arts Forum.
Josephine uses a wide variety of materials in her work, ranging from vinyl records to Chinese silk and Indian ink. Most of her work are elaborated or depicted from pieces of poetry and prose she writes. She has also worked as a photographer for amateur film-makers and musicians.
She has a passion for philosophy, psychology, mythology, paranormal phenomena and the counterculture of the 1960's - a lot of which can be seen throughout her work.
